Abstract

The relationship between work and family life is one of the main challenges facing individuals, families, professionals, and society today. Of course, the need for this linkage is not new. What has changed are the conditions under which individuals must combine the demands of these two dimensions and the ways in which they are linked.
As a result, organizations must become more involved in managing their human resources by adapting their HR approach and offering conditions that allow employees to reconcile their personal and professional lives. Telework remains the most common measure used by organizations for this purpose.
