Zusammenfassung

Meditation ist nicht neu, aber manche ihrer Anwendungen sind es. Ob zur Entspannung und zum Stressabbau oder begleitend zu einer Psychotherapie, findet die Meditationspraxis ihren Weg in den modernen Alltag. Wofür oder wogegen sie allerdings tatsächlich wirkt, ist gar nicht so leicht zu bestimmen. Deshalb: Vorsicht bei übereilten Wunderversprechen! Trotzdem kann die Meditation helfen.
